Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest level of service.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of EGP 100 applies to all orders across Egypt, regardless of the destination or order value.

Delivery Time

Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: Delivery within 3 business days.

All other governorates in Egypt: Delivery within 5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Inspection Before Payment

Customers are allowed to inspect their order before accepting delivery.

You may check the product to ensure it matches your order before completing the purchase.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept the order after it has been shipped and delivered by the courier, the customer is responsible for paying the full shipping fee of EGP 100 to cover shipping and handling costs.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

نحن ملتزمون بتوصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت ممكن وبأفضل جودة خدمة.

رسوم الشحن

رسوم الشحن ثابتة بقيمة 100 جنيه مصري لجميع الطلبات داخل جمهورية مصر العربية، بغض النظر عن المحافظة أو قيمة الطلب.

مدة التوصيل

القاهرة، الجيزة، والإسكندرية: خلال 3 أيام عمل.

باقي محافظات مصر: خلال 5 أيام عمل.

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل في بعض الحالات الاستثنائية أو خلال فترات العروض والمواسم المزدحمة.

المعاينة قبل الاستلام

نوفر خدمة المعاينة قبل الاستلام لراحة عملائنا.

يمكن للعميل فحص المنتج والتأكد من مطابقته للطلب قبل إتمام عملية الاستلام.

رفض الاستلام

في حالة رفض استلام الطلب بعد الشحن ووصول المندوب، يلتزم العميل بسداد رسوم الشحن كاملة (100 جنيه مصري) لتغطية تكاليف الشحن والخدمة.
